STEVE SHINN, CR, CKBR, UDCP, GCP ~ OWNER
Steve has lived here in Arizona since 1959. After honing his core remodeling skills working with his father, Steve soon had rental homes of his own. As a result, this evolved into a professional handyman business. Then, satisfied clients led to larger projects and to Steve forming Homework Remodels in 2005. Currently, Steve is Chairman of the Board of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) for the Greater Phoenix Chapter, with four NARI professional certifications. His company, Homework Remodels, has won multiple NARI Contractor of the Year Awards. Five years ago Steve assumed leadership of Tri-Lite Builders, a remodeling business that has served the valley for almost 35 years. Steve is hard-working and completely dedicated to serving each and every client in the utmost professional manner. In his spare time, Steve and his wife Sally, enjoy weekend getaways, traveling and exploring all that Arizona has to offer.

AARON THOMAS, CR ~ PRODUCTION MANAGER
A native of Hutchinson, MN, Aaron moved here to the Phoenix Area back in 2005. He started working with Tri-Lite Builders shortly after his arrival. Aaron has over 20 years of experience in the construction business and there doesn’t seem to be anything he can’t fix. He always seems to know a solution. Aaron has earned his NARI Certified Remodeler Certification. His priority is Value and Quality for our clients. He is a family man and always puts their needs above his own. In addition, in his spare time, Aaron enjoys building and riding motorcycles.
SHEILA LANIER, CKBR, UDCP ~ KITCHEN, BATH & HOME DESIGNER
An Oregon native, Sheila comes to us from Kansas City where she graduated from the NKBA Certified Johnson County Community College. Shortly after receiving her AAS in Interior Design, she began her remodeling career. Sheila has designed several Award-Winning kitchens, bathrooms, and interior remodeling projects, using her passion for color and space planning. Furthermore, continuing education is a priority. Sheila has passed exams for both NARI Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler and Universal Design Certified Professional. Recently, her work was published in an eight-page spread in the Summer 2016 issue of Phoenix/Scottsdale Su Casa Magazine. A people pleaser at heart, Sheila and all of her creative inspirations are unique to each home design that she creates. Sheila enjoys Industrial Chic shopping and attending her Yoga classes, in her spare time

BARBARA PHILLIPS, UDCP ~ KITCHEN AND BATH DESIGNER
Originally from PA, Barbara comes to us from Orlando, FL. She graduated from Seminole State College of Florida, earning a BAS in Interior Design. While majoring in kitchen and bath design, Barbara worked in the industry for over 7 years. While a sales and design consultant in an upscale Tile & Stone Boutique, she assisted clients in their selections. Most recently, to keep up with her continuing education Barbara has also studied and passed the exam for Universal Design Certified Professional. In her spare time, Barbara enjoys reading Stephen King novels and spending time with Captain Jack Sparrow and Commodore Norrington…her 2 Maine Coon Kittens that recently moved in with her.
CYNDI MORELLI, UDCP ~ KITCHEN AND BATH DESIGNER
Coming to us from California, Cyndi graduated from CSU, Sacramento where she earned a BA in Interior Design. Shortly after graduating from college, Cyndi opened her own Kitchen and Bath Design Studio that she operated in Fair Oaks, CA for over 15 years. She specialized in designing truly unique and elegant kitchens and baths for her clients and was selected to design Channel 10 News Anchor Cristina Mendonsa’s kitchen. Cyndi’s creative designs have also been published, in both Sacramento Magazine and Home Improvement and Remodeling Magazine. Over the years, Cyndi has been awarded over a dozen NARI awards for her creative designs and one National Award from Kitchen and Bath Design News Magazine, (which she cherishes the most). Finally, Cyndi enjoys spending quality time with her 5 pound Teacup Pomeranian Zoey. They both also enjoy the challenge of early morning hikes, always trying to tackle different mountain ranges.
