For our clients, one of which had to use a walker, having an accessible bathroom was important. The 24 inch wide entry doors to the bathroom and the small shower with a curb had become issues for these homeowners. In order to transform a bathroom that was causing more stress than relaxation, we widened the doorway by 30 inches, created a fully accessible, curb free shower and included many other accessibility features.
